BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is,hereby, authorized to enter into a,.
contract with Barbara Porter Nelson to operate the tennis center at the
Athletic Complex for a period of one (1) year with an option to renew
for a period of two (2) years.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
