RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEALMNT :
THAT the final plans, specifications, and contract documents for the
reconstruction of Popular, Booker, Sherman and Grant Streets pursuant to
the Community Development Block Grant Program as presented to the City
Council are hereby approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the construction of. said
project.
