BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont does hereby accept the donation of Loretta B.
Casey, individually and as independent executor of the Estate of W. M.
Casey, deceased, by that certain instrument dated December 15, 1976,
conveying to the City of Beaumont, Lot 178 and the north (or northeast)
fifty-nine (59') -feet by sixty (60') feet of Lot 177, Block 38,'out of
the Original Townsite of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, for public
purpose use.
