RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a written request for permission to include land lying
within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Beaumont to be
included in a municipal utility district to be ]mown as "Northwest Forest
Municipal Utility District" has been made to and received by the City of
Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the description by metes and bounds of said land proposed
for the said municipal utility district has been furnished and is at-
tached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont does not now have available nor can
it now furnish to said proposed tract of land lying in the City of
Beaumon.t's extraterritorial jurisdiction water and sanitary sewer services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT it does hereby grant its official consent and permission to include
that portion of land lying within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Beaumont in a municipal utility district to be ]mown as "Northwest
Forest Municipal Utility District", to Sabine Investment Company of Texas;
provided, that all facilities shall be constructed and financed in ac-
cordance with plans and specifications approved by the City of Beaumont
and pursuant to an agreement between "Northwest Forest Municipal Utility
District" and the City of Beaumont.
