RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official is hereby authorized to make payment to
Beaumont Steel, Inc. in the amount.of Thirty -One and No/100 ($31.00) Dollars
for a portion of land needed for.right-of-way on portions of Lots 2 and 3,
Block 36 of the Cartwright Terrace Addition (Fourth Street 2nd Phase 071-74-
102 Project).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the IV
