settle that certain eminent domain lawsuit styled,"The'City of-Beau-nont-v.
Business Pro�rties, Cause No. 31,020, in the County Court of
Jefferson County at Law, No. 2, Jefferson County, Texas, for the amount al --
ready deposited in the Registryof the Court.
