RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEALZIM :
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to.grant permission
to the Fleet Department to purchase final drive parts for City Dozer No.
50-0644, a 1963 Allis,Chalmers Model H.D. 11, from Fogle Equipment Company
at a cost of Three Thousand and No/100 ($3,000.00) Dollars. The repairs
of the equipment are considered to be an emergency.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
