RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant permission
to the Fleet Department to have repairs made to the power shift transmission
of a 1970 model International Back Hoe No. 50-0935 by International
Harvester at an estimated cost of One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy -Five
and No/100 ($1,975.00) Dollars.
