WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the repair of Unit
10-1078 Police Interceptor; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Myron Gray Body Shop in the amount of One
Thousand Two Hundred Sixty -Eight and 68/100.($1,268.68) Dollars -,on
Unit 10-1078 was the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, - THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEALZUiTe
THAT the bid of Myron Gray Body Shop in the amount of $1,268.68 be, and
the same is hereby accepted and the appropriate City official is hereby
authorized to make payment upon,acceptable repair.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3Q
