RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor and City Council be, and they are hereby, authorized to
sign and execute an agreement between the State of Texas and the City of
Beaumont and make Payment to the State Treasurer in the amount of One
Million Two Hundred Fifty -Eight Thousand and No/100 ($1,258,000.00) Dollars
for the City's estimated share of the construction cost of the Dowlen Road
Revenue Sharing Project.
