RESOLUTION'
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council be, and they are hereby, authorized to accept the
Home Addition Assessment Paving Project No. 7 and to make final payment
to J.C.N. Pavers, Inc., contractor, in the amount of Fifty -Five Thousand
Six Hundred Fifty-Six.and 40/100 ($55,656.40) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 50
day of , 1976.
