RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the developer of Dowlen West Addition, Unit XIV, has
fileted the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving said addition, which said streets in this addition are as follows:
and,
Collier Road from the east line of Lot 1, Block 25 to the
west line of Lot 1, Block 27;
Nantucket Drive from the south line of Lot 1, Block 26 to
the north line of Lot 8, Block 26;
Autumn Drive from the west line of Lot 8., Block 26 to the
northeast corner of Lot 9, Block 26;
Fenway Park from the south line of Lot 16, Block 26 to the.
north line of Lot 9, Block 26;
WHEREAS, the developer of said addition is desirous of having these
improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of Public Works and Water Utilities Depart-
ments

meets recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent
maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitaxy sewer,.storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving Dowlen West Addition, Unit XIV as above described be, and the same
are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously main-
tained by the said City.
