RESOLUTION,
WHEREAS, formal bids were received for furnishing uniforms for
the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Kaufman, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of Fifteen
Thousand Four Hundred Seventy -Six and No/100 ($15,476.00) Dollars for
said uniforms for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Kaufman, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEALZMT:
THAT the bid'of Kaufman, Inc. in the amount of $15,476.00 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby
authorized to make payment for said uniforms for the Police Department
upon acceptable delivery.
