BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUWNT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a renewal
agreement with the Beau ont Independent School District continuing the
operation of the Beaumont Tax Collection Agency for the collection of
current and delinquent ad valorem taxes due and owing the City of Beaumont
and Beaumont Independent,School District.
