RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make payment to
Pyramid Concrete, Inc. the sum of Seven Hundred and No/100 ($700.00)
Dollars for a portion of land needed for right-of-way on the Fourth Street
(Second Phase) 071-74-102 Project. The property is out of Tracts 1 and 51
Acreage Plat C-1 of the Noah Tevis Survey.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2
