RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract
with Turner, Collie & Braden, Inc. for Beaumont Municipal Airport Phase II
Construction Phase Services; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is hereby
authorized to retain Southwestern Laboratories to provide testing and in-
spection services on this project in the amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred
Ninety-TWo and No/100 ($2,792.00) Dollars.
