RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TM
CITY OF BEAIAIT :
THAT the City Manager be, and.he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract
with the Beaumont Art Museum at a cost to the: City of Fifteen Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty -Four and No/100 ($15,354.00) Dollars to pay to the Wilson
Memorial Art Center for janitorial and grounds maintenance services for the
period of time frau October 1, 1976, to September 30, 1977; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
attest to said contract and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
