RESOLUTION
W1EREAS, bids were received for furnishing 800 gallons of
antifreeze for use in City automobiles and equipment; and,
WHEREAS, Triangle Chemicals, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty and No/100-($2,160.00) Dollars for said
800 gallons of antifreeze for use in City automobiles andequipment; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Triangle Chemicals is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Triangle Chemicals, Inc. in the amount of $2,.160.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said antifreeze for -use -in City
automobiles and equipment upon acceptable delivery.
