MABEL WILLIAMS BROWN, ET AL, in the 172nd District Court of Jefferson County,, Texas; and WHEREAS, on the 12th 'day of December, 1975, the City of Beaumont recovered judgment against ALTON J. HAWTHORNE d/b/a HAWTHORNE PRINTING, in the sum of TEN AND 25/100 ($10, 25) DOLLARS, plus interest thereon at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum from the date thereof; together with costs of Court, said judgment being in Cause .No. 32, 829, THE CITY OF BEAUMONT and BEAUMONT INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT VS. ALTON J. HAWTHORNE d/b/a HAWTHORNE PRINTING, in the County Court at Law of Jefferson County, Texas; and WHEREAS, on the 9th day of September, 1975, the City of Beaumont recovered judgment against BUZ GILCHRIST d/b/a FRIENDLY FRIENDLY MOTORS, in the sum of THREE AND 95/100 ($3m 95) DOLLARS, plus interest thereon at the rate of r six per cent (6%) per annum from the date thereof, together with costs of Court, said judgment being in Cause No, 33, 327, THE CITY OF BEAUMONT and BEAUMONT INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT VS. BUZ GILCHRIST d/b/a FRIENDLY MOTORS, in the Justice Court, Precinct 1, Place 1, of Jefferson County, Texas; and WHEREAS-, on the 9th day of September, 1975, the City of Beaumont recovered judgment against PRIESTLY LADAY d/b/a LADAY'S UNION 76 SERVICE STATION, in the sum of THREE AND 95/100 ($3. 95).DOLLARS, plus interest thereon - at the rate of six per cent .(6%) per annum from the date thereof, together with costs of Court, said judgment being in Cause No, 33,360, THE CITY OF BEAUMONT and � D -3�U LADAY'S UNION 76 SERVICE STATION, in the Justice Court, Precinct 1, Place 1, of Jefferson County, Texas; and WHEREAS, on the 17th day of _November, 1975, the City of Beaumont recovered judgment against C.. HUNDRED FORTY -AND 62/100 ($140,;62) DOLLARS, plus interest thereon at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum from the date thereof, together with costs of Court, said judgment being.in Cause No, 33,581, THE CITY OF BEAUMONT VS; WILLIE M HILL d/b/a RAINBO CAFE & LOUNGE, in the Justice Court, Precinct 1, Place 1, of Jefferson County, Texas; and WHEREAS, -the. entire amount of the judgments adjudged in favor of the City of.
