BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEALZ= :
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute Change
Order No. 1 to the contract with Daniels Construction Company on the Transit
Maintenance Facility, said Change Order in the amount of One Thousand Eighty
and No/100 ($1,080.00) Dollars to provide for the installation of vapor re-
covery systems on the underground fuel storage tanks in said project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
