BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEALZMT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a utility
easement to Gulf States Utilities Company frcm Milani Street into the City's
property to serve the new Beaumont Bus Terminal facilities.
