S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept a grant
from the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation/Office of
Traffic Safety providing for the continuation of the Selective Traffic En-
forcement Program for the period October 1, 1976 through September 30, 1977.
