RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEALZIONT:
THAT the City Manager, Howard McDaniel, be, and he is hereby, authorized to
accept and execute an "offer of contractual assistance" from the Urban Mass
Transportation Administration providing an additional Two Hundred Twelve
Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty and No/100 ($212,760.00) Dollars for Project
No. TX 03-0014.
