RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAMENT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and .the City Clerk to
attest to a permit granting Ford, Bacon & Davis Corporation, agent for Swift
Chemical Company, the right to lay, maintain,'operate, replace, or remove a
10" natural gas pipeline crossing Spindletop Road under the terms and con-
ditions as set out in said permit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
