BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUNIM:
THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to make
payment to the Santa Fe Railway Ccmpany in the actual amount of Nine Thousand
Four Hundred Twenty -Five and 08/100 ($9,425.08) Dollars for the improvement
of their railroad crossing of Fourth and College Streets.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City :of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
