BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make final payment
to Daniels Construction Company in the amount of Thirty -Five Thousand One
Hundred Sixty -One and 87/100 ($35,161.87) Dollars for the Athletic Complex
Project No. 073-72-011.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
