RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the continuance of
maintenance service on the Police Department's Incoterm.Terminal (high-
speed landline.terminal); and,
WHEREAS, Incoterm Corporation submitted a bid in the amount of One
Hundred Fifty -Seven and 95/100 ($157.95) Dollars per month for a one-year
period with not more than.3% per year increase in maintenance costfor
maintenance service on the Police Department's Incoterm Terminal; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Incoterm Corporation is the only bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Incoterm Corporation in the amount of $157.95 per month for
a one-year period with not more than a 3% per year increase in maintenance
cost be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said maintenance service on the
Police Department's Incoterm Terminal.
