RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and .he is hereby, authorized to pay the sun of
Three Thousand Four Hundred Seventy -Seven and Nc/100 ($3,477.00) Dollars to
the Texas Municipal League as the proportionate share of the City of Beaumont
for litigation expenses in the Southwestern Bell Rate Case.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
