R E S O L U.T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY CF BEALMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to
purchase the IBM Model A-16 computer presently installed and in use at the
Waste Water Treatment Plant under the terms of the rental purchase agreement
heretofore entered into between the City of Beaumont and International Business
Machines in January of 1974, for a net purchase price of Fifty Nine 'Thousand
and No/100 ($59,000.00) Dollars.
