RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for repair of police car. -
10 -1050; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of One
Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy -Four and 32/100 ($1,974.32) Dollars for
the repair of said car;
NOW, UMPEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official is hereby authorized to pay Kinsel
Ford, Inc. for necessary repairs to unit 10-1050 in the amount of
$1,974.32 upon successful completion of said repairs.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of ( 1976.
