WHEREAS, bids were received on September 30, 1976, for utilities
adjustment at Interstate 10 and Pine Street Interchange; and,
WHEREAS; Bella Company submitted a bid in the amount of Two
Hundred One Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Five and No/100 ($201,895.00)
Dollars for utilities adjustment at Interstate 10 and Pine Street
Interchange;- and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Bella Company is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 'IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Bella Company in the amount of $201,895.00 be, and the
same is hereby accepted and the .City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute a contract with Bella Company for said utilities
adjustment at Interstate 10 and Pine Street Interchange.
