RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and the City
Clerk to attest to a.permit granting tc) the Big 'Three Industries, Inc.
the right to lay, maintain, operate, replace, or..remove a six (6''
inch oxygen pipeline across and.beneath Spindletop Road.in.Kansas City
Southern Railway property approxivately 455 feet northerly from the
centerline of Ohio Street under the terms and conditions as set out in
said permit. .
