RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing 40,000 traffic
citations for the Municipal Court; and,
WfFREAS, Wilson Business Forms submitted a bid in the amount of
One Thousand Two Hundred Forty and No/100 ($1,240.00) Dollars for the
traffic citations for-the.Municipal Court; and,
WH=AS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Wilson Business Forms is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Wilson Business Forms in the amount of $1,240.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said traffic citations upon ac-
ceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the IQ
