RESOLUTION
WfEFEAS, the developer of Jancar Addition, Blocks 1, 2, 3, & 4,
which includes Jancar Drive from the west line of Lot_._l, Block 1, to the
east side of the cul-de-sac bordered by the west line of Lot 18, Block 1;
Calumet Drive from the west line of Lot 1, Block 3 to the east side of
the cul-de-sac bordered by the northwest line of Lot 19, Block 1; and
Etta Lane from. the north line of Lot 5, Block 4 to a point South 01 05'
east a distance of 30 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4; has
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving said addition; and the developer of said addition is desirous of
having these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the
opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the
City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving Jancar Addition, as above described, be, and the same are hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by
the said City.
