RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for cleaning, repairing and waterproofing
all exterior walls, including the tower, of the old Tyrrell Library; and,
WHEREAS, Coatings Application and Waterproofing Company submitted
a bid in the amount of Eighteen Thousand TWo Hundred Twenty Five and No/100
($18,225.00) Dollars for .cleaning, repairing and waterproofing all exterior
walls, including the tower, of the old Tyrrell Library; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Coatings Application and Waterproofing Company is the only bid received
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE -CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Coatings Application and Waterproofing Company in the amount
of $18,225.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City
official is hereby authorized to make payment for said cleaning, repairing
and waterproofing all exterior walls, including the tower, of the old
Tyrrell Library upon completion.
