RES 0 L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the Sarah Street CIP Project
11 -ST -122; and,
WHEREAS, E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company, Inc. submitted a bid in the
arrount of Six Hundred Twenty -Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty -One and
:40/100 ($623,961.40) Dollars for the Sarah Street CIP Project 11 -ST -122;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company, Inc..is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company, Inc. in the amount of
$623,961.40 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract with E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company,
Inc. for the Sarah Street Project 11 -ST -122.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
