WHEREAS, the developer of Park North Addition, Block 2, which includes
Falcon Lane from the east line of Lot 3, Block 2 to the cul. -de -sac boardered
by the east line of Lot 12, Block 2, has completed the water, sanitary sewer,
storm sewers and pavement improvements serving said addition; and the devel-
oper of said addition is desirous of having these improvements accepted and
maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the
opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the
City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving Park North Addition, as above described, be, and the same are hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall -be continuously maintained by
the said City.
