RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the developer of Picadilly Park, Blocks .8 & 9, which
includes Minner Drive frau the west line of Lot 1, Block 9 to the south
line of Lot 17, Block 9, has completed the water, sanitary sewer; storm
sewers and pavement improvements serving said -addition; and the developer
of said addition is desirous of having these improvements accepted and
maintainedby the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont.-
NOW,

NOW, THMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving Picadilly Park, as above described, be, and the same are hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by
the said City.
