RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the developer of Westhaven Terrace Addition, Blocks 1, 2,
3, 4 & 5, which .includes Westhaven Drive from the east line of Lot 1, Block
1 to the west line of Lot 9, Block 1; Neumann Lane from the south line of
Lot 4, Block 2 to the north line of Lot 1, Block 2; Blackwell Lane from the
south line of Lot 5, Block 3 to the north line of Lot 8, Block 3; and Cheryl
Lane from the south line of Lot 1, Block 5 to the north line of Lot 11,
Block 5, has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement
improvements serving said addition; and the developer of said addition is
desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements. qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the
opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the
City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving Westhaven Terrace Addition, as above described, be, and the same
are hereby accepted by.the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously main-
tained by the said City.
