RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing 4,300 feet of PVC gravity
sewer pipe with fittings for City Sewer Maintenance; and,
WHEREAS, Mabry Foundry and Supply Company submitted a bid .in the
amount of ELEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO AND 45/100 ($11,132.45)
DOLLARS for the PVC gravity sewer pipe with fittings for City Sewer Mainte-
nance; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Mabry Foundry and Supply Company is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Mabry Foundry and Supply Company in .the amount of $11,132.45
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said PVC gravity sewer pipe with fit-
tings
ittings for City Sewer Maintenance upon acceptable delivery and installation.
