RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing electrical materials
for tennis court lights; and,
WHEREAS, Consolidated Electrical Distributing Company, Nunn
Electric Company and Westinghouse Electric Company submitted a bid for the
electrical materials for tennis court lights; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted
by Consolidated Electrical Distributing Company, Nunn Electric Company
and Westinghouse Electric Company are the lowest bids and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEALE=:
THAT the bid of Consolidated Electrical Distributing Ccmpany in the following
amounts, be, and they are hereby accepted:

following amounts, be, and they are hereby accepted:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bid of Westinghouse Electric Ccnu,=y
in the following amount, be, and it is hereby accepted:
1-1/2" Conduit
$ 182.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bids of Consolidated Electrical
Distributing Company, Nunn Electric Company and Westinghouse Electric Company
in the above-mentioned amounts -be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the
appropriate City official is hereby authorized to make payment for said
electrical materials for tennis court lights upon acceptable delivery and
installation.
