RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1) horizontal
boring device (pipe pushing machine) for the Traffic & Transportation
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Boehck and Gardner Equipment Company submitted a bid in
the amount of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy -Five and N0/100
($4,975.00) Dollars for the horizontal boring device for--the-Traffic &
Transportation Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Boehck and Gardner Equipment Company is the best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEALMM:
THAT the bid of Boehck and Gardner Equipment Company in the amount of
$4,975.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont and the appropriate City
official is hereby authorized to make payment for said horizontal boring
device (pipe pushing machine) upon acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
