WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase or demolition of a
structure located at 8222 Old Voth Road; and,
WHEREAS, C. J. McAdams submitted a bid in the amount of One
Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($1,650.00) Dollars for -the pur-
chase or demolition of said structure located at 8222 Old Voth Road;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by C. J. McAdams is the highest and best bid and should be accepted;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of C. J. McAdams in the amount of $1,650.00 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby authorized
to make payment for purchase or demolition of said structure located at 8222
Old Voth Road upon completion.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
