BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEALWNT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to retain Underwood.,
Neuhaus and Canpany as fiscal agents and Vinson, Elkins, Searls, Connally
and Smith as bond counsel for the sale of certificates of obligation.
