RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEALMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is .hereby, authorized to make payment to
Gulf States Utilities Company in the amount of One Hundred Eight Thousand
Nine Hundred Fifty -Seven and 20/100 ($108,957.20) Dollars for high pressure
lighting of Lavaca, University Drive, Florida Avenue and costs for additional
overhead facilities necessary to implement Phase I of the Residential Street
Light Upgrade Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the V6 day
