RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing two (2) disk drives for
the Data Processing Department; and,
WHEREAS, Transdata Corporation submitted a bid in the amount of One
Thousand Three Hundred and No/100 ($1,300.00) Dollars for the disk drives
for the Data Processing Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the .bid submitted
by Transdata Corporation is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, TBEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEALMNT:
THAT the bid of Transdata Corporation in the amount of $1,300.00 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby author-
ized to make payment for said disk drives upon acceptable delivery.
