RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and .he is hereby, authorized to make.final
payment to Allied Supplier and Erection, Inc. in the amount of Nine
Thousand Three Hundred Forty -Nine and 25/100 ($9,349.25) Dollars under
base Contract "E" to the Athletic Complex.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
