BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the
project for,,the erection of fencing and gates at the Water Reclamation
Center by United Fence Company and authorizing that final payment be
made to United Fence Ccmpany in the amount of Thirty -Four Thousand Six
Hundred Seventy -Six and 90/100 ($34,676.90); Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the Cityiof Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
