WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and removal of the
structure located at 4215 Pradice; and,
WHEREAS, Jones Boys, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of Seven
Hundred Sixty and N0/100 ($760.00) Dollars for the purchase and removal
of the structure located at 4215 Pradice; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Jones Boys, Inc. is :the highest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Jones Boys, Inc. in the aunt of $760.00 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby
authorized to make payment for said purchase and removal of said structure
located at 4215 Pradice.
