RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to
have emergency repair work done on the tracks of our 12 G Allis Chalmers
dozer, a 1972 model, at an approximate cost of Seven 'Thousand and No/100
($7,000.00) Dollars,
